Obssa was the first Director of Applied AI at The Atlantic, where he led the integration and development of AI across The Atlantic's business units and product verticals. Prior to that he led the Operations team with a focus on internal developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, and application security.

Loren Riesenfeld

Loren Riesenfeld

Loren was the head of engineering at SpeakEasy AI, an applied AI startup backed by Laurene Powell Jobs' Emerson Collective and acquired in 2024. Before SpeakEasy, Loren was a lead engineer at The Atlantic, where he specialized in frontend architecture, accessibility, and publishing platforms.
